Laurie E. Adamkiewicz is an author and freelance writer, an advocate for people living with epilepsy, and the co-founder of Epilepsy Shells Worldwide, a Facebook support group dedicated to epilepsy awareness, education, encouragement, and connection.
Through her writing and advocacy, Laurie understands the importance of sharing honest stories—especially the ones that remind others they are not alone. In Lifted, By My Girls!, she opens her heart and shares her breast cancer journey with courage, vulnerability, and hope.
